| I have a close friend named Desmond Ragsdale who is visually upload impared. He is a single parent of two beautiful children, and a full-time non-traditional student who is struggling to make ends meet. Desmond is there to listen to and help anyone in need even if they have wronged him - he does not hold grudges. He would like upload to open his own clothing store, but there are not a lot of opportunities for a visually impared African upload American in the Eastern New Mexico area.
